TROPIC GATEWAY SOLUTION S.A. processes personal data provided by customers and website users in accordance with Law 81 of 2019 of the Republic of Panama and, where applicable to a specific data subject or processing activity, other applicable data protection laws. We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access by third parties; however, the User must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not infallible. In the event that we consider it appropriate to transfer personal data to other entities, the User will be informed of the data transferred, the purpose of the transfer and the name and address of the recipient.

You may be asked to provide personal information anytime you are in contact with TROPIC GATEWAY SOLUTION S.A. We may use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
